Patient Guide CARE Physiotherapy & Massage Clinic

At CARE Physiotherapy & Massage Clinic, we want every patient to feel comfortable, informed, and confident about their care. Whether you’re visiting us for the first time or returning for follow-up sessions, this guide will help you prepare and understand what to expect.

How to Prepare for Your Consultation

To make the most of your appointment, we recommend the following:

  • Arrive a little early – Please come 10–15 minutes before your first consultation so our friendly front desk team can help you complete your personal details and medical history form.
  • Wear comfortable clothing – Choose clothing that allows easy access to the area of concern for assessment and treatment.
  • Bring a list of medications – This helps us understand your current health condition and plan your care safely.
  • Bring medical reports – If you have X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, or ultrasounds, please bring them along.
  • Doctor’s referral (if available) – While a referral is not required, bring one if you already have it.
  • Work or accident-related cases – If your condition is due to a workplace injury or motor vehicle accident, please carry the necessary documents or claim details.
